FOH Our Story


I’m Emma Eveleigh Founder of FOH Team.  My motivation for starting the staffing agency is threefold:

1.    Marveling at how poorly supported temporary event staff have the resilience and bonhomie to stand most of the day in an often cold windy venue

2.    Wanting to provide more comfort, security and higher pay to these fantastic people

3.    Wanting to weep at the number of experienced event staff that leave the industry to ‘get a proper job’

With over 20 years’ experience of implementing registration systems and designing front of house registration processes for 1000’s of events UK and Worldwide, FOH will unite the UK events industry around retaining temporary staff, as too many experienced and talented people are lost to other careers.
