Meet FOH

The events industry’s unique offering is the element of delight that comes from a positive face-to-face interaction. It’s not just the talks; it’s the person at the front of the house who runs to hold the door open when you’ve got your hands full.

Setting a new industry standard for event staff

The biggest change in employment law in a generation is coming our way in 2026 and events the industry must get ready for the changes.  Currently there is little opportunity for temporary event crew working onsite at events to transfer into fixed term contractors or full time employment in event organiser business.  FOH will provide mentoring, coaching and skills training to our team who want to progress in the event industry.

FOH are committed to paying their temporary staff the real living wage, accruing holiday pay, giving them security on the number of hours they will work,  opting our event staff into a contributary company pension & weekly payroll.  We will work with our clients to improve the ‘at event’ experience for our staff by providing staff room, access to toilets and tea and coffee.  As well as a uniform with brand identity.

Our people can learn anything and everything and then implement it.  When you give people more to do than their job role they soon start to develop a team that’s dedicated, curious and ambitious.  And more of ‘I got it’ mentality’

FOH is a people first organisation
